What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG formats. For best results, we recommend high-resolution PDF files with crop marks and bleed. If you’re unsure whether your file is print-ready, our team is happy to review it before production.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We offer professional design services to help you bring your vision to life. Whether you need a full design or just help setting up your file correctly, our in-house team can assist with logos, layouts, and formatting for all product types.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship anywhere within the United States. All orders include tracking, and shipping options are shown at checkout based on your location and delivery speeed.
What is your refund or reprint policy?
If your order arrives damaged, has printing defects, or does not match your approved file, we’ll reprint it at no cost or offer a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We do not offer refunds for user-uploaded file errors, but we’re always happy to help fix issues before printing.
