Return Policy

At SamoPrint, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love what you receive.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because every order is made specifically for you, custom and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a production error on our part — such as a defect, damage, or a mistake in what was produced versus what you designed and approved. If we made an error, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you.

Non-Custom Items
For non-customized items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Damages & Defects
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@samoprint.com with a photo and we will make it right immediately.

Refunds
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
